Republic of China - Taiwan flag raising ceremony
Wednesday, October 10, 2002 marks the Ninety-First Anniversary of the Republic of China-Taiwan. To honor and recognize the accomplishments of the people of the Republic and here in the City of Syracuse and Central New York, the Taiwanese flag will be raised in a ceremony at 10:00 a.m. in front of City Hall.
