Checkered Flags Galore!

Team Infinity2 Racing, with drivers Forrest Barber & Terry Borcheller earned their THIRD Rolex Sports Car Series win of the season on the Fourth of July! Just past 1 am, the Barber-Borcheller team took the checkered flag on the 3.56-mile infield road course at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Forrest Barber of Fort Worth, TX., qualified the No. 54 Bell Motorsports Doran JE4, sponsored by Infinity2, sixth on the 26-car grid. He drove the first stint of the late-night race, after which Terry Borcheller of Phoenix, AZ took the final stint and recorded the fastest Daytona Prototype lap in route to victory.

"It was a great feeling to be in victory circle at Daytona Speedway as an overall winner - the first time for me," Borcheller said. "We changed our strategy for this race, so Forrest qualified and started. He really stepped up and did an unbelievable job in qualifying and in the race. He put us in the position to win.
